Adopting a Risk-Based Approach to Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Crime

countries. Internationally there are the FATF Recommendations, EU Directives,
the USA Patriot Act which has wide transnational implications to name just a
few.

to the regulations to obtain a sound understanding of money laundering in
