Your daily role will involve front-to-back risk reporting and developing a full understanding of all the risks and trading positions and front office relationships. Ideally you will be able to work independently, and overall take an ownership approach to the risk management of these businesses.
The right candidate will have strong knowledge of products, markets, and risk methodologies and be responsible for ensuring the risk profile is representative of the true risks undertaken by the business and that it is consistent with market moves and P&L.
You will also be providing analysis around and ensuring that positions and risks are fully captured in the relevant risk management systems used. Previously successful candidates have been confident, with the ability to liaise comfortably with front office traders, product controllers and other relevant contacts. |
