Job Description: Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Skills/Experience: Expert understanding in the ROME products with the ability to review and model client requirements within the current applications or detail out specifications for change. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes ROME exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Manages project budget. Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Holds regular status meetings with project team. Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry. Ability to design and deliver training. Works with client personnel to identify required changes. Is active in expanding the project team’s core competencies.
