Qualifications
- At least 15 years of direct consumer risk management experience
- Extensive residential lending experience particularly in North America
- Solid knowledge of a broad set of secured consumer assets and liability products
- Possess multi-country risk management experience
- Successfully built high performing risk management teams and managed through economic crises/cycles
- Exercised significant approval transaction and program approval authority
- Experienced in dealing with regulators and senior management
- Highly analytical with extensive experience in the use and management of decision models, building MIS capabilities
- Working knowledge and experience in Basel, risk capital calculations and usage |
