FXall Adds Senior Hire to Head Global Trade Support

FXall, the world’s leading foreign exchange platform, today announced the appointment of Quito Zuba as Senior Director, Global Head of Trade Support.  Zuba, who has a successful track record in service provision to institutional and high frequency traders, is responsible for taking FXall's operations to the next level by identifying and implementing process and technical changes to its sophisticated trading infrastructure required keep up with growth and remain in compliance with best practices and regulations.

FXall is committed to continuously developing its client support functions as its product range grows and becomes increasingly diverse. Zuba joins from Instinet where he spent four years as Head of Global Trading Operations. Previously he worked for White Cap Trading as a Managing Director, and prior to this at Townsend Analytics for seven years. Zuba therefore brings considerable experience in managing global teams, and extensive expertise covering a broad cross-section of trading applications, markets, systems and infrastructure support.

Within his role Zuba will manage FXall's 24 hour global support team to enable them to respond to client inquiries across all FXall products and to ensure system availability meets client expectations. He will act as an interface between FXall's products and clients, be instrumental in ensuring a smooth roll out of new releases and maintaining client connectivity. Zuba will capitalize on the opportunities presented by a changing FX market structure, leading system changes and limiting the effects of transitions on clients.
