RAZOR RISK TECHNOLOGIES EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

Razor Risk Technologies Limited [ASX: RZR], a leading Sydney-based provider of risk
management technology and consulting solutions to financial institutions worldwide, today announced
that Franklin Robinson has been appointed Unit President Americas of Razor Risk Technologies.
Franklin will report directly to Andrew Wood, the company’s Group Chief Executive Officer, and will
lead the organisation’s continued growth in the Americas.
In this role, Franklin will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Razor Risk Technologies’
Americas business from the company’s New York office. With over 20 years of experience in
financial markets, including financial risk management, bank balance sheet management and trading,
Franklin will draw on his deep industry knowledge to provide clients and prospects with strategic
advice regarding the latest developments in risk management.
Franklin originally joined Razor Risk Technologies as Senior Risk Consultant Americas.
In addition to Franklin Robinson’s appointment, Razor Risk Technologies also announces the
appointment of John Goodacre, who joins from Westpac, as Program Director. Based in the
company’s head office in Sydney, John will report to Chief Operating Officer, Firoozeh Walker. His
responsibilities will include the oversight of implementation and consulting projects to ensure
operational excellence in consistent service delivery.
Group Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Wood, said these appointments will build on other executive
hires made in October last year.

Franklin Robinson recently participated in the opening roundtable on ‘Real Time Risk’ at the Real
Time Risk Workshop in New York at the end of January. He was also a keynote speaker, presenting
on ‘Fundamentals of Risk Management’, at the American Securitsation Forum, held in Washington
recently. Before joining Razor Risk Technologies, Franklin headed up the Risk Due Diligence division
of the Hedge Fund Management Group for Barclays Global Investors. He was also Vice President,
Market Risk Management at JPMorgan Chase and has held senior roles at HSBC and Eastbridge
Capital Inc.
John Goodacre has 28 years’ experience in the IT industry, spending the past 12 years focusing on
financial risk management systems. This has included senior business analysis, project manager and
development manager roles on credit and market risk systems at Commonwealth Bank, St George
and Westpac.
